Hosting
Our website is operated on servers of IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur (hoster).
We have concluded an order processing contract with IONOS SE.
When our websites are accessed, data is automatically collected and stored in log files on our hoster's server. This data may have a personal reference.
Among the data collected are:
- IP address of the requesting computer [in anonymised form].
- optionally user ID
- Date and time of access to our website
- Time zone of the requesting computer
- transmitted input values (e.g. e-mail addresses)
- Name and URL of the requested page of our website
- URL from which the page was requested or the desired action was initiated
- the Internet service provider of the accessing system
- the screen setting or screen resolution used by the requesting computer
- files requested from our website
- connections to a link outside our website (outlink)
- access protocol
- Main language of the browser of the requesting computer
- transmission code
- Time required to display the requested content on the requesting computer (page generation time, transfer rate and page speed)
- Time taken for the web page to be generated by the server and downloaded by the user
- position of the user (country, region, city, latitude and longitude (geolocation))
- browser types and versions used
- the operating system of the requesting computer (referrer)
- device type, make and model of the requesting computer (desktop, mobile, TV, car, console, etc.)
- the last page you visited on our website
- other similar data and information that serve to avert danger in the event of attacks on our information technology systems.
The hoster uses the collected data to ensure the trouble-free operation of the website as well as to ensure IT security and to improve our offer. In the event of concrete indications, the log data may be analysed subsequently. The temporary storage of the IP address by the hoster is necessary to enable delivery of the website to the user's computer. For this purpose, your IP address must remain stored for the duration of the session.
This data is not merged with other data sources.
The legal basis for the data collection is Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. f DSGVO. Our legitimate interest in the data collection results from the above-mentioned purposes.
The data is deleted by the hoster as soon as it is no longer required to achieve the purpose for which it was collected. In the case of the collection of data for the provision of the website, this is the case when the respective session has ended.
In the event that the data is stored in log files, this technical information will be deleted or made unrecognisable after eight weeks at the latest.
The collection of data for the provision of the website and the storage of the data in log files is absolutely necessary for the operation of the website. Consequently, there is no possibility for you to object.
Cookies
In addition to the data mentioned above, cookies are used on your computer when you use and visit our website.
When you visit our website for the first time, you will be asked whether you agree to the use of cookies and, if so, which categories you agree to.
Cookies are small text files that are placed on your terminal by your browser to store certain information. Furthermore, these cookies are used to make the use of our offer more pleasant and comfortable for you or for analytical purposes.
Most of the cookies we use are so-called "session cookies". They are used to make the services of our website technically available to you. After your visit, these cookies are automatically deleted from your browser.
Other cookies remain on your computer and cause us to recognise your terminal device on your next visit (so-called persistent or permanent cookies).
The next time you visit our website with the same terminal device, the information stored in cookies will be read either by our website ("first party cookie") or by another website to which the cookie belongs ("third party cookie").
These cookies are automatically deleted from your system after a preset period of time, which differs depending on the cookie.
Through the stored and returned information, the respective website recognises that you have already called up and visited it with the browser of your end device.
We use this information to optimally design and display the website according to your preferences. Only the cookie itself is identified on your end device.
Any further storage of personal data only takes place with your express consent or if this is absolutely necessary in order to be able to use the service offered and accessed by you accordingly.
This website uses the following types of cookies, the scope and functionality of which are explained below:
- Essential cookies: absolutely necessary cookies ensure functions without which you cannot use our websites as intended. These cookies are used exclusively by us and serve, for example, to ensure that you, as a registered user, always remain logged in when accessing various sub-pages of our website and thus do not have to re-enter your login data each time you call up a new page. The legal basis for this use is our legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f) DSGVO.
You can set your browser so that you are informed about the setting of cookies and only allow cookies in individual cases, e.g. third-party cookies (cookies that are set by a third party, i.e. not by the actual website you are currently on), exclude the acceptance of cookies for certain cases or generally, as well as activate the automatic deletion of cookies when closing the browser. You can delete stored cookies at any time using your web browser.
You have the option to generally deactivate cookies in your browser at any time.
However, if you deactivate cookies, the functionality of this website may be limited.
Deleting cookies
Cookies are stored on your terminal device until you delete them, which can be done at any time. Furthermore, expired cookies are automatically deleted by your browser if you have set up your browser accordingly. Expired cookies are no longer sent to our servers by your browser and can therefore no longer be used by us.
Here you will find information on how to delete cookies in your browser and manage the cookie settings for the most popular browsers:
Desktop PC / Laptop
Mobile devices
- Google Chrome (Android)
- Google Chrome (iOS)
- Apple Safari (iOS)
- Samsung Internet (Android)
- Mozilla Firefox (Android)
If you have not made or do not make any other settings, cookies that enable or are intended to ensure the necessary technical functions remain on your end device until you close the browser; other cookies may remain on your end device for longer (maximum 6 months).
To safeguard your privacy, you should regularly check the cookies on your respective end device as well as your browsing history and delete them on your own.
Contact form
On our website you have the possibility to contact us via e-mail and contact form.
In this context, the information you provide on the form or in the e-mail, including the contact details you provide there, will be stored and processed by us for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. This data (e.g. name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, IP address) will not be passed on to third parties without your consent. Mandatory fields are marked separately.
The data will not be merged with other data collected on this website.
The data may be stored within the framework of customer relations management (CRM) if you are already a customer of our company.
The contact form is sent encrypted using TLS technology. The encryption serves to prevent unauthorised access to your personal data by third parties.
The processing of this data is based on Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b DSGVO, insofar as your request is related to the fulfilment of a contract or is necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, the processing is based on our legitimate interest in the effective handling of the enquiries addressed to us (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f DSGVO).
The data you provide will remain with us until you request us to delete it, revoke your consent to store it or the purpose for storing the data no longer applies (e.g. after we have completed processing your enquiry). Mandatory legal provisions - in particular retention periods - remain unaffected.
Ajax-GoogleApis
On our website we use the Javascript library jQuery of the company Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, 94043 Mountain View (hereinafter "Google").
In order to increase the loading speed of our website and thus provide you with a better user experience, we use Google's CDN (content delivery network) to load this library. There is a very good chance that you have already used jQuery on another page from the Google CDN. In that case, your browser can access the cached copy and it does not need to be downloaded again.
If your browser does not have a cached copy or downloads the file from the Google CDN for any other reason, data will again be transferred from your browser to Google Inc ("Google").
The legal basis for the use of Ajax-GoogleApis jQuery is your consent pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1. p. 1 lit. a DSGVO, insofar as you give us your consent to this when you call up the page for the first time.
As there is no EU Commission adequacy decision for the transfer of personal data to the USA, we have concluded standard data protection clauses with Google in the sense of Art. 46 para. 2 lit. c DSGVO.
For further information on data processing by Google, please refer to Google's privacy policy, currently available at: https://policies.google.com/privacy?hl=en-GB .
You can prevent the collection as well as the processing of your data by Google-Apis by deactivating the execution of script code in your browser or by installing a script blocker in your browser (this can be found, for example, at https://www.noscript.net or https://www.ghostery.com).

Cookies are generally used on your terminal device for this purpose. The function of cookies is explained in our data protection policy, so please refer to the relevant information there. These cookies store the user's browsing behaviour and interests.
This serves to protect our legitimate interests in an optimised presentation of our services and offers as well as effective communication with customers and interested parties, which outweigh our interests in the context of a balancing of interests. The legal basis for the processing is therefore Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. f DSGVO.
The legal basis for the collection and processing of data is your consent within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a) DSGVO, which you may have given or give to Facebook when calling up the website there.

When you visit our company profile on LinkedIn, your data may be automatically collected and stored by LinkedIn for market research and advertising purposes as well as for the placement of job offers that are presumably of interest to you. So-called usage and interest profiles are created from this data using pseudonyms. Cookies are generally used on your end device for this purpose. You will be informed about the function of cookies as part of LinkedIn's data protection instructions and cookie policy, so please see the relevant notes there. Visitor behaviour and user interests are stored in these cookies.
Furthermore, we receive a statistical evaluation from the collected data as to which groups of people are interested in our company website. The data is processed in such an anonymous form that it is not possible to draw conclusions about individual persons for statistical evaluations, which may contain information about the approximate geographical location or age group and other summary characteristics.
If you are asked by LinkedIn for consent (agreement) to data processing, e.g. by means of a checkbox, the legal basis for data processing is Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. a DSGVO. We provide information about our services, products, interesting special offers and opportunities for employment in our company.
