Code of Conduct

The Code of Conduct of Lahme GmbH & Co. KG defines fundamental values for ethical and social responsibility towards people and the environment. It covers compliance with legal requirements and national and international laws and is updated as necessary.

Protect human rights

International human rights permeate all processes; child labour and forced labour are prohibited. Fair treatment without discrimination and freedom of association and expression are guaranteed.

Protect the environment

Continuous improvement of environmental performance through resource conservation, waste prevention and compliance with substance bans such as REACH. Emissions are minimised and risks are reported transparently.

Maintain integrity

Transparent business practices without corruption, fair competition rules and strict data protection. Conflicts of interest are avoided and trade secrets are protected.

Kunststofftechnik Lahme has been awarded the bronze medal for sustainability and sustainable processes by Ecovadis. We are proud to be among the top 35% of all companies assessed and are using this as an incentive to continue actively and purposefully pursuing our goals, continuously optimising our processes, especially in the area of sustainability, developing new approaches to operate more efficiently and moving even further ahead in the next assessment.

Successful participation in the Ökoprofit resource efficiency project

After a year of intensive work, the time had come: at the SASE in Iserlohn, nine committed companies and institutions were honoured for their outstanding achievements in the Ökoprofit resource efficiency project in the Märkischer Kreis district. Not only did they succeed in drastically reducing their energy costs and significantly lowering their CO2 emissions, but they also benefited economically from their measures. Ökoprofit has thus proven once again that climate protection and business success are by no means mutually exclusive – on the contrary, they reinforce each other.
